More meetings will give you a good start to your training

With several meetings, you will get a good start to your training and see what training with a personal trainer is like in practice. You will thoroughly go through your goals and background, which will form the basis for your training. You will get a lot of new training content and excellent settings for goal-oriented training.

The Personal Training Initial Assessment includes an introductory discussion, an analysis of your muscle condition and mobility, and recommendations for training based on these.

Personal Training 55 min. content example:

Discussion of your overall situation and goal assessment (e.g., how to get started with training, improving muscle condition, increasing alertness, rehabilitation, overtraining, exhaustion, desire to lose weight, progressive training)
Introduction to the equipment and the gym’s versatile training options
Equipment guidance and review of training techniques
– Special requests where you feel you need help

The contents of PT packages can always be tailored to your needs! With regular training and guidance, you can effectively achieve the results you want.

Meet our personal trainers

Paula Savolainen

(Vantaa)

My name is Paula Savolainen, and I am a certified personal trainer (IPT) and weightlifting instructor (SPNL).
I have a long history of equestrian sports, gym training, and bodybuilding. For the past 10 years, my own training has focused on more functional training, strength training, and weightlifting.
My coaching is based on over 20 years of gym training and nearly 15 years of experience in active sports and coaching.

I am happy to help you if you want coaching in strength training, power development, weightlifting, body sculpting, or improving your overall well-being. My coaching style is determined, systematic, and positive.
Working out is rewarding and meaningful when training is structured in a purposeful and progressive way.

Tommy Allenius

My name is Tommy Allenius, and I am a certified personal trainer and weightlifting instructor (Spnl). I am also a trained massage therapist.

I played ice hockey and soccer for a long time. After I stopped playing ice hockey, I continued training at the gym. For the past five years, I have been practicing CrossFit and competing in the sport. I have been working as a personal trainer for eight years.

As a coach, I am strict but have a good sense of humor. Even if the training is hard, exercise should still be fun.

I am happy to help you achieve your goals.

I have a strong background in functional muscle training/small group coaching, as well as body maintenance and mobility training.

I have also coached many clients who wanted to increase their daily exercise, start gym training, or get back on track with their own workouts.
